Shipmates,

I have visited a Mobil Home park that has just upgraded their facility to accept RV for short and long term customers.

The following information is provide to assist our members that plan on traveling via RV’s to NY for the 2010 reunion & beyond.

Site:                               New, Stone pads for RV’s & Parking

Travel Distance:          2 Mile on RT # 9 from New York State Thruway Exit B-1 & Interstate 90.  20-25 Minutes to Downtown Albany. All roads from park to the Crowne plaza are via interstates.   

Quoted costs:              $140.00 Per Week w/ full hookups      

Arrangements:            All arrangements and payment are to be direct with Stone Mobil Manner & Mr. Hall.

Notes:

No transportation is available from the RV park to the hotel.

No accommodations available in or around the Crowne Plaza for RV’S

Those not staying at the hotel and attending functions other than paid planned trips will be responsible for fees associated with that function.

I.e. Hospitality Room, 20^th Anniversary party, daily breakfasts, etc
